Chris Figge is our Director of Field of Operations. He started with Allstate Steel back in 1994 working with the erection crew as helper. Chris quickly progressed to an ironworker in a short amount of time. From there he was promoted to a supervisor position in 2000 and transitioned into his most current position in 2011. Chris is responsible in making sure that everything associated with the job site is accounted for and on schedule. He works closely with all our steel erectors and has developed a great relationship with all of our general contractors. His leadership and interpersonal skills have developed throughout his 21 years at Allstate Steel. Outside of Allstate Steel, Chris enjoys inshore fishing and spending time with his daughter.
