April 11, 2017 -The Allstate Steel Company Inc. of Jacksonville is working with DPR Construction to build the Orlando Margaritaville Hotel and Resort. The Orlando location will be the 5th of its kind within the country. The erection of the steel is scheduled to start August 2017.
The hotel will have approximately 187 rooms, and will include a dining and entertainment district, along with 12-acre water park that will be open to the public.
